American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. Her acting career began by playing supporting roles in the teen-oriented films Big Fat Liar (2002, 2006) and She's the Man (2006). Later, she played reporter Willa McPherson in the FX series Dirt as well as a supporting role in the short-lived series The Ex List. In the very first season, she was in the role of Moira O'Hara in the role of a young Moira and, in the second season, she was Kaylee. She portrayed Jessie Anderson in the AMC series The Walking Dead and Sophie in the NBC series This Is Us. She has voiced various characters in the show Family Guy, an animated comedy. Since her appearance in 2019, she has been starring in the role of Melinda "Mel" Monroe in the Netflix series Virgin River. Breckenridge was raised in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10, at which point her mom and she moved to California [1and a half years ago] where they lived for a year before finally moving to Mill Valley. Breckenridge began to take an interest in acting, singing, and photography around the age of 13. Breckenridge relocated to Los Angeles with the help from her mother around the age of 15.
