Colson Kelly, also known as Machine Gun Kelly, has a unique style of rapping. Baker was born April 22, 1990 in Houston Texas U.S. to an extended family of English Scottish and German ancestry, is renowned for his distinct style of singing. His parents, who were both missionaries, took him on numerous trips throughout his childhood years. James Colson Baker battled depression and joblessness, and his Mother Sonia Alane dumped him at the age of nine. Baker moved to Denver along with his father, and stayed for a time. Others in the community bullied Baker for being poor. In sixth grade, he began listening to rap. Colson Kelly (also known as Machine Gun Kelly) was born on the 22nd of April 1991 in Texas. The songs he composed are known as a blend of modern hip-hop and rock and alternative music. Prior to signing with Bad Boy Records Baker released four mixtapes from 2007 to the year 2010. These Cleveland rapper who raps the lyrics with as much speed as bullet-trains, had a meteoric climb in late 2011 when he switched to self-publishing mixtapes instead of being signed to reputable labels. The following years saw each album of his was ranked at the top of the charts.
